Enhancing orthopedic services with physical rehabilitation

Our clinicians maintain ongoing communication with the referring physician throughout the rehab process from the pre-op visit to discharge. Patient education is stressed enhancing patient expectations and a positive and realistic outcome.
Our house team of licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists (including certified hand therapists), physical/occupational therapy assistants and certified athletic trainers, provides the highest level of orthopedic rehabilitation that enhances the services our physicians provide.
Frequent educational seminars for our staff (and orthopedic physicians) ensure that we are staying abreast of current treatments and procedures.

We screen athletes for potential weaknesses and suggest specific strength, agility and flexibility exercises to minimize the chance of future injuries. These services are offered with emphasis on education and communication with the parents, student athlete, and coach.
