We are pleased to report that our Schererville location is fully operational, with both power and internet services restored. Clinic and therapy operations will resume as scheduled on Tuesday.
At this time, all offices are open and operating. Only MRI is still operating on a limited basis. We ask that patients still call to confirm information regarding their MRI appointments. We will provide additional updates regarding MRI services as more information becomes available.

Our office in Schererville remains closed.
We are operating normally at the following locations:

- Crown Point
- Michigan City
- Portage
- Valparaiso

Urgent Care locations are operational in Crown Point and Portage. Crown Point physicians are seeing patients with normal office operations. We anticipate Portage will resume normal operations tomorrow, August 14.
Therapy services are operating on a limited basis and patients should call to confirm.
MRI will be available this afternoon at the Crown Point and Portage locations.

To our Indiana community: The storms yesterday hit our region hard.
Here’s important operational information for patients:
August 12 and 13, we are closed at the following locations:
- Crown Point
- Michigan City
- Portage
- Schererville
We are operating with limited services at the following locations:

We currently have NO MRI ability at any location.
